University of Toronto Rotman Commerce's Supplementary Application Guide

The Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) is a four-year program offered jointly by U of T’s Rotman School of Management and the Faculty of Arts & Science.
The elite Rotman Commerce program at the University of Toronto is a competitive program that seeks out students who are both well rounded and excel academically. An important part of the application process is the Rotman Commerce Supplementary Application, which includes a video interview. This allows for the admission committee to assess a student beyond their grades, focusing on their communication skills, leadership potential, and ability to contribute to the program and community. Given how competitive the program is, the supplemental application can greatly impact admission decisions.

How the Rotman Interview works
The Rotman Interview is hosted on the Kira Talent platform and consists of both written and video response questions. Students are encouraged to practice beforehand and familiarize themselves with the platform before officially starting the interview.
